At Children & Teen Dental, our goal is to provide high-quality pediatric dentistry and orthodontic care in a fun, child-friendly environment. Your children are special, and that calls for exceptional care.
Many children’s first experience with a dentist happens at an office focused on adult care. Dental care in this environment is often intimidating and frightening for kids. This first impression can create anxiety and avoidance of the dentist that will last a lifetime.
Children & Teen Dental takes time to talk to each child, providing a pleasant dental experience that includes individual attention for each child’s needs and personality, including those of special needs children. We like to explain what we do in gentle, kid-friendly terms to help children relax and enjoy their dental visit – which might include singing, counting and other distraction techniques. We’re dedicated to making visits to the dentist fun and effective for both kids and parents.
What to expect on your first visit
We normally call to remind you of your appointment two days prior. It is important that you call us back to confirm the appointment. For your convenience, simply follow the instructions on your automated confirmation call to confirm or cancel your appointment. You may also use our Appointment Line during regular business hours. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so insurance matters can be addressed by the receptionist. Please bring your insurance card and photo ID on every visit.
Request Appointment Online
Setting appointments at your convenience just got easier. Schedule an appointment online 24/7 using our appointment request form. There’s no longer any need to call and check when an appointment is available – choose days and times that work for your busy schedule and our office staff will notify you of the appointments most suited for your needs.
Our staff will try its best to fit your needs, but certain times are busier than others, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please plan ahead as this will give you the best chance to get the appointment that fits your needs.
For emergency visits, please call early morning in order for us to get you in on the same day.
For any changes to your appointment, a 24-hour advanced notice is necessary for our office to provide optimal service to all our patients. A $25.00 cancellation-no show fee will be assessed if an appointment is missed or cancelled without adequate notice. If you repeatedly miss appointments without calling, we may choose to not continue to see you. If you are 15 minutes or more late for an appointment, we may ask you to reschedule.

Insurance & Billing Information
When you visit Children & Teen Dental, you don’t have to deal with the hassle of submitting insurance claims. We will submit all claims directly to your insurance company, and work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs and your budget. We will provide the cost of your treatment and discuss available payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for you.
To enable us to have up-to-date and accurate billing information in our system, we kindly request that all patients bring the following to every visit:

All payments are expected at the date of service. We are often able to work out special payment plans for patients with extenuating circumstances.
